This super easy to make vegan Parmesan cheese substitute is delectable, it has a longer shelf time and it’s cheaper than traditional Parmesan. In addition, it’s healthier, gluten, and dairy-free, so everybody can enjoy this wonderful cheese.

Recipe: Parmazaan

INGREDIENTS:
In a bowl mix together:
3 cups blanched almond meal
4 heaping Tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 heaping Tablespoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon citric acid
Mix together well ad refrigerate.
