Feeling better never tasted so good

Served hot straight out of the oven with a side of toasted garlic bread, this cheese lasagna will satisfy your craving for Italian food. 

Recipe: Lasagna Cheese

In a blender or vita-mix, blend until smooth:

1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup olive oil
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup soy mayonaisse
5 Tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
2 Tablespoons corn starch
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
3 Tablespoons onion powder
3 Tablespoons Italian seasoning
In a bowl, crumble 1 block of extra firm tofu.
Add blended mixture to tofu and stir together.
Use for:
Lasagna, Pizza, Stuffed Shells, Macaroni and Cheese, or Scalloped Potatoes.
For Stuffed Shells, add 2 blocks of extra firm tofu.
For Poatoes Augratin add 2 cups water and 1 more Tablespoon of salt, if needed.
