Recipe: Gravy
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1/8 cup Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
1 Tablespoon onion powder
2 cups water (additional)
Blend smooth all but additional water. Pour blended ingredients into a
saucepan. Add the 2 cups of water and lightly boil stirring about 10 minutes until thickened.
